The staff number 13 permanent employees and are supported by regular part-time and
self-employed staff and the support of the main estate administration staff. The
average length of service is approximately 20 years. Sales staff have a combined
professional experience in horticulture of over 85 years.
Nursery Staff
Our nursery staff and planting teams are experts in handling large trees and shrubs; many
of our staff have over 25 years experience in the field. With this level of experience supporting
the advice given by our highly qualified and experienced sales team, customers can be assured that
their plants will have the best start possible in their new location.
