Cotoneaster Franchettii
Semi-evergreen to evergreen (depending on how warm or sheltered the site is) shrub with grey-green foliage on arching branches. Forms an excellent hedge with regular pruning. Lots of small whitish flowers open from pink buds in summer, which are extremely popular with bees and other pollinating insects, followed by orangey-red berries in autumn, which are a popular food source for birds.
