Red/Golden Twisted Willow
Salix erythroflexuosa
An unusual plant which has bright orange-yellow twisted branches which give the appearance of flames are twisted. In the summer the leaves are typical willow lance-shaped green leaves which turn yellow in the autumn to reveal the contorted skeleton. A great architectural plant which will bring burst of life to your winter garden.
A small tree or large shrub, to 5m tall best grown as an annual pollard.
