Pink New Zealand flax (Phormium Sundowner) is an evergreen, clumping, half-hardy shrub featuring pink and purple striped upright, sword-shaped leaves and is perfect for creating structure in the garden. Like all phormiums it grows quite well by the sea, it is best in full sun and it best in a moisture retentive soil.
