Viburnum tinusViburnum tinus
Medium-sized evergreen shrub, densely bushy, with ovate, glossy, dark green leaves. Produces terminal clusters of pink buds from autumn to spring, opening to white flowers (mostly flowering in late winter to spring), with a slight fragrance, followed by metallic-blue to black ovate fruit. Suited to mildly acid to alkaline, moderately dry to moist soils. Shade tolerant. Responds well to pruning and clipping (can be used for topiary if clipped frequently enough). Excellent evergreen hedging plant.
A lovely winter flowering evergreen shrub that flowers for a very long period.
Available as bushes 40 to 100cm tall.
